The “Kick Family Time Up a Notch” campaign was created with the idea that parents are constantly looking for ways to get kids off their electronics. Our client, Typhoon Texas Waterparks, was primed to position itself as the best way for a family to set the screens down and make a summer’s worth of memories. Sadly, COVID-19 struck at the beginning of the 2020 season, negating the need for billboards and postponing most campaign production, and diverting focus surviving the year. However, with most families spending the last year in their homes, the messaging rings even more true, and the “Kick Family Time Up a Notch” campaign was revived and repurposed for the Summer of 2021.
