We were tasked with creating a fun and interesting way to talk to Houstonians about their trash habits. Plastic pollution in Buffalo Bayou was our emphasis and our goal was to trigger an emotional response in those that take pride in their city to encourage residents to be mindful of their trash habits. We developed concepts for billboards, digital, as well as reusable tote bags to be distributed at local grocery stores around the city. However, COVID-19 hit, and budgets were reduced, but there’s hope the campaign will see the light of day someday soon.
